These terms apply when you use sacharusso.com.au, subscribe to my letters, buy a program or book a mentoring session with me, Sacha Russo (ABN 89 487 529 294), a sole trader based in Bundaberg, Queensland.

What I offer

  • Free guide and letters: my free guide, Four Ways Back to You, and my weekly letter, The Motherhood Manuscript.
  • Simplify with the Seasons: a self-paced program for $27.
  • Private mentoring (Nourish the Woman Within): a 60 minute online session over Zoom for $97, with a week of voice note and email support afterwards.

Not medical or mental health advice

I am a certified life coach and motherhood mentor. My letters, programs and sessions are for general wellbeing and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological or counselling services, and they do not replace advice from your doctor or another health professional.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. I am not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is made in full at checkout through Stripe.

Mentoring sessions

After you pay, you will receive a link to choose a session time. If you need to change your time, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand and we will find a new one. If a session is missed without notice, I may not be able to offer another time.

Refunds

My programs and sessions come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is not as described or I am unable to deliver it, you are entitled to a remedy, which may be a refund. I do not offer refunds for a change of mind once you have received a program, or once a session has taken place. If you have a concern, please email me and I will do my best to put it right.

Using my content

My guide, letters and programs are for your personal use. Please do not copy, share or sell them without my permission. Sharing a link to my website or a letter is always welcome.

Emails

If you sign up or buy from me, I will email you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Liability

You are responsible for the choices you make in your own life. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of my website, letters, programs or sessions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

How I handle your personal information is explained in my Privacy Policy.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. I may update them from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page.
