I'm a mum of three, living amongst the sugar cane and macadamia farms near Bundaberg. I came here by way of corporate life overseas and found myself, like so many mothers, with nothing left for me.
Finding my way back is what I now walk beside other mothers through: matrescence, the unfolding a woman moves through as she becomes a mother, and keeps moving through, season after season. Together we reignite her joy, her spark and the woman she's becoming.
Because you are WORTH the best life has to offer.
Here's what I know in my bones: we were never meant to do this alone.
In 2014 I went from a high-flying expat life to rural living almost overnight, and somewhere in the move, I lost myself. By 2018 I was hurting: overwhelmed, resentful, running on empty. I knew something had to change. So I began the quiet work of investing in myself, and slowly it led me home. Home to me.
That path taught me the thing I most want to hand to you: the woman you are hasn't disappeared. She's shimmering just below the surface, waiting to shine, every ordinary day.
Maybe your little ones have just started school. Maybe you're deep in the high school years. Maybe your children are stepping out into the world. Whichever season you're in, you can feel a shift moving through you. There's a name for it: matrescence, the transformation that begins the moment you become a mother and keeps unfolding as you grow. Every season, the newborn fog, the toddler whirlwind, the primary-school years, the teenage years, the quiet of an emptying nest, is another turn of the cycle. And you don't have to move through it alone.
I'll walk beside you as you come home to yourself: to your joy, your spark, and your inner knowing. I'll show you why slowing down isn't falling behind: slowing down is the liquid gold of life, and the stillness is where the magic wakes. Together we'll sift through the dirt and sand until the jewels that are only yours catch the light again.
Because when a mother is cared for as a woman, not just relied on as a mum, she becomes the warm centre everything else orbits. She softens toward herself, toward her partner, and her children feel it in the very air they breathe. One woman coming home to herself, and a whole family flourishes.
You are not broken. You do not need fixing. And it is never, ever too late.
There's no shame in finding this hard, and no shame in wanting a hand to hold. It can feel daunting to reach out, but on the other side, life can feel good again. Easeful. Richer. Freer.
I'd be so honoured to guide you home.
